If you cannot deactivate Versacheck on the original computer you can request your serial number to be reset.

This will disable Versacheck on this computer and make a license available for activation on another computer. On the original computer, open Versacheck. To make your license available you can "deactivate" your previous version of Versacheck: Versacheck will work for 14 days without being activated. If you do not have an available license Versacheck will say "License Volume Exceeded". If you have an available license then it will activate.
